Stress Recovery Program

High stress affects 75–90% of our patients and contributes to many of the symptoms discussed during appointments. Because of this, our clinic has developed a Stress Recovery Program to help patients understand how stress impacts the body and how simple recovery practices can support healing.

This program provides:

  • A basic explanation of the body’s emergency/survival response
  • Language to help describe stress-related symptoms
  • A shared clinic culture of including stress-awareness and stress-assessment in every patient’s care and planning
  • Practical tools for supporting recovery, healing and overall health

These materials are available here on the website for easy community access and patient use.
